Where can I find bag dispensers?

-Dog toilets-

What do I do with the waste bag?
The worst thing you can do with a waste bag is throw it in nature. The countryside and community thanks you for disposing of the bag in the waste. If no disposal points or bins can be found nearby, please take it with you - you'll be sure to find a bin before long. If walking in the forest with your four-legged friend, you can move the droppings away from the main path. They will then degrade naturally - and much faster than in a plastic bag!

Dog toilets with dog waste bags and disposal points are distributed around the communities. We kindly ask you to use the free dog waste bags and dispose of waste appropriately to help keep our communities clean.

Good to know!

In some towns there are festivals with fireworks that may frighten your dog. Fireworks are lit on the third weekend in August at the wine festival in Alken. In Winningen, fireworks are usually set off on the Moselle during the first weekend in September. Please check before booking whether a festival with fireworks is planned.
