Löf

The Moselle before you - The sun in your heart

Löf is an ancient parish town situated between ‘Niederbach’ (at St. Luzia parish church) and the ‘Korngasse’, a road that led to the fertile Maifeld landscape centuries prior. A special highlight can be found in the shaded hillsides of the Kanaul and Falkenberge in the Kehrbachtal valley. Evergreen boxwood grows here in bountiful splendour in one of the northernmost parts of Europe.  In the 1970s, the town merged with the community of Kattenes. Enjoy the town's fine wines that herald a long-standing tradition of wine making.
